DistiNCtly Fayetteville , the Destination Marketing Organization for Greater Fayetteville, North Carolina, is pleased to announce the expansion of its team with the addition of three new hires.
Brooks Hoffman as the destination's storyteller,
Sherail Monroe as visitor information counselor and
Robyn Pitt as marketing coordinator. These appointments come at a time of significant momentum for the destination, and each brings unique talents and experiences to further the organization's mission of showcasing Cumberland County as a premier destination for conventions, tournaments and leisure travel.
Brooks Hoffman - Storyteller
In the newly created position of Storyteller, Hoffman will produce compelling content to highlight the rich cultural, historical, and recreational offerings of Cumberland County. This includes video production, podcast development, and blog writing. Previously, Hoffman served as the post-production supervisor for Rubber Duck Media, overseeing all video and social media production for clients. With a keen eye for visual storytelling and a passion for creative media, Hoffman will elevate the organization's narrative by capturing authentic experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Robyn Pitt - Marketing Coordinator
With more than nine years of experience in marketing, communications, and media production, Robyn Pitt brings a dynamic perspective to her role. As Marketing Coordinator, Pitt will focus on creating engaging digital content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and amplifying the visibility of Cumberland County's tourism offerings on DistiNCtly Fayetteville's social media channels. Most recently, she served as the director of marketing and communications at the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce where she oversaw digital and print graphic designs, video and photography production, and the development of the Chamber's newsletters. Pitt was recently recognized in Fayetteville's Observer's '40 under 40' awards as one of the best and brightest business professionals and community leaders in the Fayetteville area.
Sherail Monroe - Visitor Information Counselor
Sherail Monroe joins the team as visitor information counselor, bringing more than five years of experience in customer service and administrative support. Monroe's role focuses on enhancing the visitor experience by providing in-depth information about attractions, restaurants, and recreational activities in the area. Her dedication to outstanding service ensures visitors receive a warm welcome and personalized recommendations. Monroe has a strong hospitality and community engagement background, with previous customer-focused roles at the Children's Hope Alliance-Fayetteville and Fayetteville Technical Community College.
