African-American meeting planners are encouraged to click the following link https://bmtimex2023.com to register for hosted buyer event and/or Meet Up, both of which are being organized by Black Meetings & Tourism LLC.  The Hosted Buyer Event is being presented in collaboration with IMEX America, and takes place October 16-18 in Las Vegas during IMEX America.  

Planners who register and meet the qualifications for Hosted Buyer Event will automatically be included in Meet Up, which will be held on October 17. 

Suppliers can also click on the following link https://bmtimex2023.com/suppliers to attend the annual BM&T Meet Up.  Password for suppliers is bmt2023.   Platinum Sponsor for the Meet Up is Caesars Entertainment, which has underwritten the cost of the event since its inception three years ago.   This link will also provide information to suppliers on an array of sponsorship opportunities for both events.
