GARBRIELLE A. ARCHER AREA MANAGER, ATLANTA, GA BAHAMAS TOURIST OFFICE



Garbrielle A. Archer is a Bahamas tourism professional, with 14+ years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.  She joined the Ministry of Tourism in January 2007 as a Coordinator in the Human Resources Department.  Three years later, she was selected to represent the Ministry of Tourism and The Bahamas, as a Tourism Ambassador at the World Exposition in Shanghai, China for a period of 5 months. In May 2014, Garbrielle was promoted to Manager in the Family Islands Destinations Department where she worked diligently to promote and increase domestic tourism. One short year later, she was promoted to Area Manager and relocated to Washington, DC where she headed that office for two years and had responsibility for 9 states.   In 2018,   Garbrielle was transferred to Atlanta, GA where she presently resides and has responsibility for 8 states including Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Garbrielle obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Hospitality Administration in 2004 from Florida International University Miami, Florida and a Master's of Science in Human Resources Management from NOVA Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
