Walt Disney World Resort is introducing an array of new attractions and entertainment that offer new event options for groups and plenty of things for attendees to do after a day of meetings. The lineup of new attractions includes a re-launched
Test Track attraction at
Epcot, a luxury bowling experience at
Downtown Disney and an expanded
Fantasyland at the
Magic Kingdom Park.
Test Track Presented by Chevrolet
The new, multi-sensory Test Track Presented by Chevrolet lets attendees enter the world of automotive design as never before. They’ll create their own virtual concepts then board
“SimCar” ride vehicles to race through a thrilling series of performance tests.
Test Track offers high-octane private event opportunities for groups of nearly any size. With its themes of innovation, performance and creativity, it’s easy to see how Test Track can reinforce important business messages for practically any organization. The
Disney Event Group can further customize a Test Track event with professional entertainment, unmatched production and technical support and unforgettable theme-park environments and décor.
Splitsville
Downtown Disney is now home to the latest trend in boutique bowling.
Splitsville Luxury Lanes is an upscale, retro-style bowling venue that encompasses more than 50,000 sq. ft. of entertainment space on two floors. Meeting professionals have 30 bowling lanes at their disposal, as well as billiards, live entertainment, a balcony bar with sweeping views and upscale dining options. This is not your father’s bowling alley.
The Splitsville concept is anchored by bowling – the largest participation sport in America – but with a modern take that brings together entertainment and upscale food in a non-traditional bowling setting. For instance, the décor is a blend of hip and nostalgic elements with the bowling lanes separated into clusters that create unexpected sight lines for planners and attendees. There are also lane concierges available nightly to help maximize the bowling experience for guests.
Splitsville will offer numerous private-event options. The venue’s unique design lets smaller groups easily privatize an individual lane or a larger entertainment area. Groups of up to 800 can book the entire second floor, which includes 20 lanes, three billiard tables, three full bars, a dance floor and indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The entire Splitsville complex will be available for buy-outs of groups up to 1,500.
New Fantasyland
The largest expansion in the 41-year history of Magic Kingdom debuted December 6. New Fantasyland features attractions, dining, shopping and more – laid out amid waterfalls, grottoes, arched bridges, forests and circus big tops.
The new land is destined to be a favorite with attendees, especially those attending incentive programs or other family-friendly meetings held at the Walt Disney World Resort. To learn more about bringing a convention, meeting or incentive program to the Walt Disney World Resort, visit
