Several comprehensive and exciting renovation projects, on-going since 2010, encompassing all three levels of the
Statehouse Convention Center are now complete. Upgrades include new carpet, paint and wall treatments; upgrades to the sound system, lighting and security, as well as door hardware replacement. Also, additional air-walls were installed in the 18,500-sq. ft.
Wally Allen Ballroom, which will expand meeting capabilities and space flexibility in the facility.
By far, the most recognizable ballroom level improvement is the new carpet that offers vivid blue, teal, red and taupe contrasting waves, representing the Arkansas River and rolling topography, which the ballroom foyer overlooks.
A beautiful and spacious facility, the Statehouse Convention Center offers four large, flexible exhibition halls, accommodating meeting rooms and features the beautiful Wally Allen Ballroom, the largest such facility in the state.
The Statehouse Convention Center is approximately 250,000 sq. ft. of public meeting and exhibit space in the heart of the downtown meeting and entertainment district. The versatility of the center, in addition to the accommodating staff, makes an event at in the Statehouse Convention Center a truly delightful experience for meeting planners, delegates and guests.
The
Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau manages the convention center, and over the past several years, has worked with the
