As summer sets in,
Montreal’s golf courses are getting ready for the season! Are you planning on being in Montreal for a business meeting? Why not combine work and golf this year, and have a meeting at golf course?
Long summer days mean that you can enjoy a full round of golf either before or after a meeting, with tee times starting as early as 6:30am, or going as late as 5pm. Whether you want to plan a full-day event with complete meeting facilities at the clubhouse or squeeze in a quick 9 holes in the morning near downtown, Montreal is an incredible golfing destination with tons of golfing options to choose from.
If you’re the type who likes to mix business with pleasure, we recommend planning an event or a corporate meeting at one of Montreal’s great golf courses which offer first class meeting facilities. All you need to worry about is whether to plan your meeting before or after a round of golf! The
Montréal Island Golf Club has two separate 18-hole courses: an island course with a signature island green, and one of Canada’s few links courses – a true challenge!
You could also head over to
Golf des Îles in the heart of nature in the Î
les-de-Boucherville National Park – a set of small islands between Laval and Montreal on the Saint-Lawrence River. The
Club de Golf St-Raphaël has a wide range of meeting rooms available, accommodating up to 300 people; all this beside 36 holes of semi-private golf. The
Métropolitain Anjou Golf Club will satisfy your cravings for good food and even better golf – with not only a full 18-hole course, but also a unique 13-hole par 39 course for the less experienced golfers attending the meeting.
If you’d prefer a full 18 holes near town, Golf Dorval and Meadowbrook Golf Club are also conveniently located near the airport, but still close enough to the city centre, on the Island of Montreal.
For quick games, we have two great 9-hole courses near downtown Montreal. The
Montréal Municipal Golf course is located near the east end of the city, next to the Olympic Stadium. It is a par-3 course, with a driving range. Finally, try
Club de Golf Atlantide, on île-Perrot just west of Montreal; it has 36 holes of prestigious golf on the shores of St-Louis Lake, part of the Saint-Lawrence River.
